Jim Parks is the Vice President of Sales for GEN Logistics Systems, Inc., responsible for all aspects of sales including recruitment, territory management, development and training.

Mr. Parks has acquired twenty years of international transportation experience in various management capacities in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining GEN, Mr. Parks was Vice President of Business Management for Nedlloyd Lines U.S.A. Corporation where he was responsible for the company's sales and marketing activities in the U.S. Before this position Mr. Parks was based in Rotterdam as Business Manager - Benelux where he was Co-Managing Director for the combined Dutch and Belgium transportation organizations with responsibility for human resources, sales, marketing, operations and finance.

Prior to joining Nedlloyd, Mr. Parks was General Manager Sales and Marketing for United States Lines/Crowley in London, England where he was responsible for the entire European Sales and Marketing organization.

Mr. Parks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College, Providence, Rhode Island as well as having taken courses at Georgia Tech, Harvard Law School, University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies.
