ProVision Total Access is a customized interface for the ProVision Network combining the power of ProVision for Shippers and ProVision for Carriers. ProVision Total Access gives Transportation Intermediaries instant, direct, online access to post loads for national and regional shippers in addition to being able to bid on loads as carriers. ProVision Total Access provides convenient desktop access to perform and streamline business transactions such as posting loads, reviewing bids and directly selecting carriers at a competitive price in the capacity of shipper. It also allows for the ability to search for cargo in the capacity of a carrier, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The ProVision Network is a powerful, easy-to-use online knowledge base of information for transportation professionals. Unlike traditional Web-based products, ProVision serves as a private gateway for shippers, motor carriers and intermediaries to conduct business via a secure, fast and reliable Intranet application. The ProVision Network is much more than a clearing house, bid board or load matching service. The network is designed using state-of-the-art technology providing an easy-to-use and administer, online platform for conducting business transactions.

A New Electronic Marketplace

ProVision Total Access gives instant access to a new electronic marketplace of freight transportation services. Using ProVision’s unique Web-like interface provides users the ability to navigate and conduct business transactions using five primary function buttons to Post Shipments, Find Shipments, Manage Shipment Postings, View Submitted Bids, and Monitor Shipments in Progress.

The "Post Shipment" button allows users to post loads on the ProVision network using an electronic "RFP" template. The detailed, itemized template provides carriers with comprehensive shipment details, instructions and requirements. The template contains easy-to-use selection menus to quickly complete shipment details such as value, equipment requirements, weight and measurement. Packaging and handling instructions can be completed by simply clicking on the drop down menu which provides a list of common choices to choose from. In addition, the template also provides the ability to complete other necessary requirements and provide specific instructions for carriers such as:

Using "Your Postings" button gives users the ability to view the status of postings, review bids from carriers and begin the carrier selection process. Each bid that is received will contain a detailed cost summary including the name of the carrier bidding. To further narrow the carrier selection process, users can view a Carrier Profile, a comprehensive company profile featuring the company’s background, available references and a company Fact Sheet containing:

To award a bid, simply select the carrier and click the "Award Bid" button. To easily track the progress and status of shipment postings, the ProVision Network automatically provides a system-generated shipment job number, to quickly view in-transit events, verify delivery and receipt of cargo.

The "Find Shipment" button allows users to search for loads on the ProVision network based on specific needs and criteria using an electronic template. With the electronic template format, users can save, create new or modify existing templates. Upon completing the template users simply click on the "Find Shipments" button automatically sending the request to the "available shipments database".

The detailed template provides freight shipment searches based on:

• Pickup dte
• HazMat, Non-HazMat or All
• Equipment type
• Equipment size
• Origin and destination; city, state
• Search radius in miles

Find a Needle in the Haystack

The perfect shipment is found fast using ProVision’s powerful search engine which filters the search delivering only those shipments that match the requirements. The ProVision Network automatically compiles and formats the available shipment information directly into the standard template. By clicking on the system-generated job number users can view specific information about the shipment such as:

• Pickup, delivery dates and location
• Specific description of cargo and value
• Equipment type, size, weight, and cubic measurement
• Type of packaging
• Specific handling instructions

"Point, Click and Bid"—Directly

After receiving information on available shipments from the ProVision Network, users can bid directly on those shipments that meet their specific criteria. Upon completing the standard template for bidding, users can provide the shipper with detailed cost information, click on the "Submit Bid" button, and the ProVision Network will automatically send the bid directly to the shipper.

Accept the Award with the "Click of a Button"

Using "Your Bids" button gives users the ability to quickly view the status of bids and if a bid is awarded, a notification will automatically be sent via the ProVision Network in addition to receiving either a Fax or Pager notification as supplementary options.

Upon receiving an award, the user can simply review the specific details and either "Accept the Award" or "Decline the Award" by clicking on the respective buttons. If the award is accepted, the ProVision Network will automatically generate a printable bar-coded "Delivery Order".

Users can also provide shippers with up-to-the-minute information on the status and progress of a shipment in transit by using the "In Progress" button to provide the exact delivery date and time, inform them in advance if there will be a delay, or simply confirm delivery of the shipment.
